The Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the municipal government have attached great importance to the work of intellectual property rights. Following related laws and regulations as well as international conventions and practices on intellectual property rights, the city has given protection to both domestic and foreign owners of intellectual property rights as a way to improve its investment environment and maintain the market order.
