1.Ticketing
1.1 Public Ticket Sales
The Organizing Committee will set up Ticket Offices in the Universiade Village and at all competition venues to provide ticketing services for the delegations of all participating countries and regions during Games-time.
1.2 Different Sport Athletes (DSA) Complementary Tickets
During Games-time, the Organizing Committee will distribute a number of complementary tickets to the athletes across all sports according to the DSA Complementary Tickets policy and relevant regulations.
The FNSU Services Center in the Universiade Village will be responsible for distributing these tickets to the delegations. Applications must be submitted before 10:00 a.m. each day for the tickets for the following day's competitions. The confirmed complimentary tickets will be available for pick-up from 17:00 to 19:00. Any uncollected tickets will be made available after 19:00 on a first-come-first-served basis.
Application forms will be distributed to the Heads of Delegation at the Delegation Registration Meeting.
Because the demand is likely to be greater than the actual supply of DSA tickets, cooperation among the delegations will be essential for the efficient distribution of DSA tickets.
1.3 Prime Events Access (PEA)
The Organizing Committee will introduce Prime Events Access (PEA) in accordance with normal Games practice.
1.4 Team Finals Tickets
Fifty tickets will be reserved for each delegation whose team reaches the quarter-finals in a team sport to ensure that members of the delegation will be able to watch the competitions. These tickets will be available for the delegations to purchase at the designated Ticket Office during the day before the competition and until two hours before the competition.
2.Licensed Products
Licensed products refer to merchandise whose design is based mainly on the emblem and/or the mascot of the Universiade Shenzhen 2011.
The price of the licensed products will be determined according to the quantity that is bought.
Delegation members, athletes and officials can buy such products at the licensed products stores in the Universiade Village (for more information, refer to "6.3.9.3 Licensed Products Store"), or at designated stores in Shenzhen.
