On the morning of May 13, The former Vice – Minister of the State Ministry of Education and President of Chinese Federation of University Sports (FUSC) Zhang Xinsheng made an investigation at the Universiade Village, the Main Media Center (MMC), and the Universiade Center, in the company of Deputy Director of the Executive Office Ke Gangming. Zhang Xinsheng gave thumbs up to the Universiade venues and he made epigraph on the construction site, saying: it is good for the Main Gym of the Universiade Center to look into the future, look world – ward, and be youth-oriented. Deputy Secretary-General of FUSC United Secretariat of the State Education Ministry and the full time Vice – President of Chinese Federation of University Sports (FUSC) Xue Yanqing was also at the investigation.
