LIGHT rain or occasional showers are expected in the next few days, while temperatures will remain high, the Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory said Thursday，25th of August.

Temperatures will remain between 27 and 34 degrees Celsius with ultraviolet radiation very high during the early afternoon.

The tropical storm Nanmadol, which formed east of the Philippines on Tuesday,23th of August, was about 1,300 kilometers from Shenzhen and would not affect the weather over the weekend,August 27th and 28th.

It has been slowly moving westward and will eventually move north-northwest. The direction of the tropical storm is still uncertain.
