Approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPC and the Shenzhen Municipal Govenment, the Executive Board for Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade is established to further facilitate the preparation work. Xu Zongheng (Deputy Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPC, Mayor of Shenzhen) acts as the president of the executive board. Yang Liguo (Vice President and Secretary-General of FUSC) and 13 other leaders act as vice president. Liang Daoxing (Vice Mayor of Shenzhen) undertakes the positions of vice president and secretary-general. The executive board also sets up the positions of vice secretary-general, executive vice secretary-general and members.

The Executive Board established The Executive Office of The Organizing Committee for The 26th Summer Universiade,Shenzhen which is made up of the following departments: General Office, External Relations, Human Resources, Finance and Audit, Marketing, Venue Management and Sports, Media and Communications, Cultural Activities, Logistics, Supervision. The staffs of these departments are transferred from government units and social recruitment.
