AIR-RAID sirens will be tested throughout the city Monday morning.

The sirens will sound from 11 to 11:15 a.m. simultaneously in all areas where air-raid sirens have been installed, a circular issued by the city government said.

The test is to check the effectiveness of the warning sirens and to raise awareness of national defense, the circular said. The test will not disrupt normal city life.
