1.Main Gymnasium of Universiade Center

Overall Description:
With a floor area of 45,000m2, the Gymnasium of Universiade Center is comprised of four floors in total. The first floor has the entrances for athletes, officials, media and other staff. The audience will also enter the gymnasium from the first floor. There are four well-equipped locker rooms and some office rooms. There are also a rostrum comprised of three boxes in addition to 10 VIP boxes and 3 media boxes. The press center, covering an area of 200m2 , will be used as the sub-media center during the Universiade.
The gymnasium is designed as per FIBA requirements. Spectator stands circle the basketball court. Change rooms for athletes are on the same floor as the basketball court. Each change room is well equipped with changing zone, showers and toilets.
Press and Mixed Zones:
The press zone is on the spectator stand while the mixed zone is on the entrance/departure path of athletes.
Medical Service:
The gymnasium has a clinic and a doping control area.

2.Gymnasium of Pingshan Sports Center

Overall Description:
Gymnasium of Pingshan Sports Complex is principally a single-storey building, having a total building area of 15709.39m2 and side multi-storey space. It can accommodate 4,500 spectators. Its basic facilities such as the functional rooms and the technical control systems meet the FIBA requirements. The main hall has the competition court, the warm-up area and some auxiliary rooms as well as the entrances for athletes, technical officials, VIPs and media workers. A large number of functional rooms are in the side multi-storey space.
Press & Mixed Zones:
The press zone is on the stand by the FOP area. The mixed zone is around gates for athletes.
Medical Service:
A clinic and a doping control area are set up beside the athletes’ entrance on the first floor of the gymnasium. An audience clinic is in the audience area on the second floor.
3.Shenzhen Luohu Gymnasium

Overall Description:
Shenzhen Luohu Gymnasium, covering a floor area of 24,000m2, is comprised of seven floors in total (three floors underground and four floors above the ground). The entrances for athletes, officials and other staff are on the first floor. The audience can enter from the second floor.
Beside the competition hall, there are four well-equipped locker rooms and some office rooms. There are also three VIP rooms which can accommodate about 70 persons. The media center has an area of 120m2.
After renovation, the functional rooms meet all FIBA standards and codes. The gymnasium has well-equipped athletes’ change rooms and lounges. Each lounge can accommodate 15 people. They are situated on the competition court level.

The media center is located on the first basement floor, while the mixed zone is on the entrance/departure path of athletes.
Medical Service:
The gym has a clinic and a doping control area.
 

4.Gymnasium of the Senior High Division of Shenzhen Foreign Languages School

Overall Description:
The gymnasium has three floors, two above the ground and one under the ground. The underground floor has two standard basketball training courts. A competition hall with a standard basketball competition court is on the second floor. The gymnasium also has well-equipped athletes’ lounges and change rooms.
Press & Mixed Zones:
The media center is on the first floor (temporary construction).
Medical Service:
The Gymnasium is equipped with a clinic and a doping control area.

5.Gymnasium of Shenzhen Senior High School

Overall Description:
The Gymnasium of Shenzhen Senior High School was put into use in early 2007. It has a floor area of 2,800m2 and a building area of 7,480m2, and the height of the gymnasium is 23.5m. There is a rubber basketball training ground on the first floor. On the second floor is a basketball competition court with wooden floor. The second floor covers an area of about 1,490 m2 and its ceiling height is about 12.7 metres.
 

6.Complex Gymnasium of Longgang Sports Center

Overall Description:
Covering an area of about 6,919.7 square meters, the gymnasium is a two-storey building. Entrances for athletes and officials are on the first floor. Spectators enter the gymnasium from the second floor. The gymnasium has well-equipped change rooms and office rooms. The spectator stand is divided into six sections, with a total of 1,850 seats.
The gymnasium is divided into different zones for competition, athlete preparation, administration, spectators and protocol.

7.Gymnasium of Longcheng High School of Longgang District

Overall Description：
The Gymnasium of Longcheng High School is a single-story building covering an area of 3,050m2. It has two basketball courts, which meet all FISU requirements. It has four gates. A spectator stand is on one side of the gymnasium. There are two well-equipped change rooms and a few office rooms in the gymnasium. It also has a clinic.

8.Basketball Gymnasium of Longgang Experimental School

Overall Description:
The Gymnasium of Longgang Experimental School covers an area of 1,500m2 - 1,300m2 for the court and 200m2 as the audience area. The height of the building is 15 meters.
The gymnasium has two VIP lounges and change rooms that are well equipped. The volunteer service center is in the music hall opposite to the gymnasium.
