According to the demands of “accelerating the project construction for the Games” raised by Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and to ensure a high – quality and efficient venue construction, the Universiade Executive Office held a mobilization meeting to speed up the venue and facility construction, afternoon of Feb. 25. At the meeting which was chaired by Chief of Venue Management and Sports Department Xie Rucheng, Deputy Director of the Executive Office Ke Gangming delivered a speech. Director of the Executive Committee Supervision Office Guo Jingwei reported on the progress of the venue construction.

In his speech, Ke Gangming claimed, as venues provide the arena for the competition, venue finishing early would win a spare day for us to do an even better preparation, and a prefect facility preparation is a strong support to a successful event. He hoped, knowing the importance of the venue construction, every construction unit can improve their progress with a close collaboration. At the same time speeding up their building, they should also work with the guidance of “function test acceptance scheme and standards of Universiade venues and areas” and “power-supply guideline of Universiade venues”.

On the occasion, apart from “function test acceptance scheme and standards of Universiade venues and areas” and “power-supply guideline of Universiade venues”, “fire construction and acceptance scheme of Universiade venues”, “construction project of Universiade temporary structure”, “Project construction installation program of Universiade signboard” and “Cleaning scheme and standards of Universiade venues” were also read out and announced for related units to deploy and implement.
