1 Confirmation and Submission of Departure Information

In order to take avdantage of the departure services, delegations should submit the names of the people and the information about their luggage and the flights to the Arrival & Departure Service Center 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, the departure services might not be available.

2 Departure Procedures at the Universiade Village

Delegations leaving Universiade Village can take buses at the Shuttle Bus Station in the Universiade Village to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport or to Hong Kong International Airport. The Organizing Committee recommends assembling four hours before the scheduled flight to go to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, and five hours before the scheduled flight to go to Hong Kong International Airport.

Delegations that have a flight from Hong Kong International Airport should go through both the Chinese mainland exit procedures and the Hong Kong entry procedures at the Shenzhen-Hong Kong land route port and then go through Hong Kong exit procedures in Hong Kong International Airport.
