2 International Arrivals at Hong Kong International Airport

Delegations arriving at Hong Kong International Airport need to go through:

(1) Hong Kong entry procedures at the Airport;
(2) Hong Kong exit procedures at the Shenzhen-Hong Kong land route port;
(3) Chinese mainland entry procedures at the Shenzhen-Hong Kong land route port.

 

3 Arrivals at the Universiade Village

After arrival at the Universiade Village, participants may go to the "Arrival & Departure Services Center" on the first floor of the Welcome Center in the Universiade Village to submit, confirm, and/or modify their Arrival and Departure information, as necessary.

4 Arrivals by Road/Train

Delegations arriving in Shenzhen by other means of transportation will have to travel to the Universiade Village by themselves.
