The delegations must provide the Organizing Committee with their arrival/departure information in order to receive arrival and departure services.

1 Arrival/Departure Information
The delegations should provide the Organizing Committee with the following information about each delegate: full name; gender; number of the passport or the valid ID certificate; airline flight numbers for arrival and departure; arrival/departure times of the flights; carry-on items and items to declare; hecked luggage. The Organizing Committee will also need the information about the transfer flights, if the travel is not direct to Shenzhen.

2 Arrival/Departure Information Sheets
The Organizing Committee can provide an Information Sheet to delegations through email; it is also available online for downloading. Delegations should visit the official website of the Shenzhen Universiade (www. sz2011.org) and log onto the Arrival/Departure System. Please submit the arrival information before July 12, 2011 Delegations must submit departure information 72 hours before departing Shenzhen.
