Guidelines for Accreditation System
1. The Accreditation, Arrival&Departure, and Information Department of the Organizing Committee will assign each delegation a set of username and password for the Accreditation System.
2. A set of username and password will be distributed to each delegation by the OC, which allows delegations to log in to the accreditation system. The initial username and password must be replaced immediately to avoid any hostile modification to the accreditation information of applicants. Please note that username and password should be properly secured.
3. Delegations may log in to the accreditation system on our official website to complete and submit accreditation applications with your username and password. The accreditation system allows delegations to print completed I forms and to generate a collective version of accreditation information. Please be advised that all completed I forms need to be printed out by way of the accreditation system before delegations’ departure for SHENZHEN.
