The Organizing Committee supports online accreditation application and offline e-form accreditation application. Applicants and their responsible organizations may apply for accreditation for the 26th Universiade by completing the accreditation forms online or by submitting offline e-forms. More specifically:

Online Accreditation Application
Individual Entry Form (I Form) will be available on April 12th, 2011 for online submission via the 26th Summer Universiade Official Website. The Accreditation Guide for the 26th Summer Universiade as well as the specific accreditation manual for different client groups will be released on the official Website for download (sz2011.org).
The Organizing Committee will assign each responsible organization a username and a password which grants access to the Organizing Committee official website to submit online accreditation information.

Offline E-form Accreditation Application
The Organizing Committee will distribute to relevant responsible organizations CDs of the accreditation materials such as the Accreditation Guide for the 26th Summer Universiade and Individual Entry Forms (I Forms) on April 12th, 2011.
The responsible organizations should complete the electronic PDF Individual Entry Form (I Form) and return the completed I Forms by sending CD back to Organizing Committee or via email.
